Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a housekeeping supervisor in a five-star hotel.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
• Be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high service standards.
• Provide professional, warm, and engaging guest service.
• Inspect rooms and supervise 4–5 Room Attendants.
• Create efficient departmental schedules and promote team well-being.
• Participate in daily briefings and maintain progress records.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.
• Report maintenance needs to Engineering for timely resolution.
• Conduct deep-cleaning audits and lift/corridor inspections.
