Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Supervisor for the Business Services Center to join our resort’s support team. You will lead a team of center representatives, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, while upholding Wynn’s luxury standards for guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality, 2–4 years in related roles, supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business services or administrative roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Business Services Center representatives to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain Wynn's service standards.
• Oversee daily workflows including documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn policies and UAE regulations.
• Escalation point for internal stakeholders resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing best practices and new initiatives.
• Prepare and review operational reports for management.
• Monitor team performance and adherence to KPIs.
