Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree required.
• 4 to 6 years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities.
• Determine food presentation and decorative displays.
• Monitor portion sizes, garnishes, and stock levels.
• Inform service staff about menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, counseling, and coaching.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and food safety programs.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
