Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory for the assigned station.
• Organize ingredients, tools and equipment before production and service.
• Follow recipes, portion standards and plating guides.
• Provide support at other stations when needed.
• Prepare market lists and ingredient requests for the Exec Sous Chef.
• Inspect received products for quality and suitability.
• Explain dishes to guests and promote specials.
• Maintain a calm, organized kitchen environment.
