Accor is seeking a Chef de Partie - Outlet Kitchen Operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on food production, station supervision and buffet service while upholding recipe, presentation and HACCP standards.

You will coordinate ingredients, equipment and culinary staff during daily operations. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in a 4-5 star hotel, with practical knowledge of kitchen stations, cost control and menu planning.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in hospitality required.
• 1-2 years of culinary experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory for the assigned station.
• Organize ingredients, tools and equipment before production and service.
• Follow recipes, portion standards and plating guides.
• Provide support at other stations when needed.
• Prepare market lists and ingredient requests for the Exec Sous Chef.
• Inspect received products for quality and suitability.
• Explain dishes to guests and promote specials.
• Maintain a calm, organized kitchen environment.
