Job summary

Royal Wood Factory in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE is hiring a Production Manager to oversee the complete wood production and joinery process. You will plan, organize and coordinate activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of wood products and fit-out solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar joinery leadership position, strong leadership and planning skills, and experience with CAD for design evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar production role in joinery
• Experience leading production supervisors and teams
• Strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is advantageous
• Proficiency with CAD for design evaluation and production planning

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee production activities across joinery and wood factory
• Develop and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality
• Lead and mentor production teams; ensure safety and compliance
• Collaborate with design team to evaluate feasibility and timelines
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Manage inventory and equipment usage to meet project deadlines
