Royal Wood Factory seeks a Production Manager to oversee the entire wood factory and fit‑out production. You will plan, organize, and optimize production activities for timely, high‑quality wood products.

Lead teams, improve processes, ensure safety, and collaborate with design for feasible production. This role emphasizes resource optimization and performance delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Joinery company is a must; at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to production supervisors and teams.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and coach as needed.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture in the department.
