Job summary

Target Engineering & Construction Co. LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Interface Coordinator to manage and integrate interfaces across client, engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, subcontractors and third parties on a major Oil & Gas EPC project.

You will lead interface planning, identification, and coordination, drive schedules, monitor deliverables, and ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards, contributing to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the EPC project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Interface Management Plan in line with contractual and project requirements.
• Identify and manage internal and external interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Maintain and regularly update the Interface Register and ensure timely closure of interface points.
• Coordinate with client and project teams on technical clarifications, approvals, and interface resolutions.
