The role is remote-first, with a UAE focus, offering a fast-paced environment, strategic impact, and collaboration across global clients. Strong technical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation/ integration roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Onboard clients with end-to-end support and success-focused guidance
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support docs
• Analyze client requirements and design scalable solutions
• Manage projects: timelines, quality, risk, deliverables
• Understand customer business problems and propose Sardine tech solutions
• Provide product feedback to internal teams
