Penspen is hiring a Senior HSE Engineer for onshore projects to lead HSE and loss prevention engineering activities across Concept Study, FEED, Detailed Design, and Detail Engineering phases, ensuring integrity and compliance with project requirements and international standards.

The role requires a bachelor's in Instrumentation, Electrical or related engineering and 15–20 years in Oil & Gas, with 5+ years in the GCC, and experience on major onshore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical or related engineering.
• 15–20 years in Oil & Gas (5+ years in GCC).
• 5+ years in a similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience with major onshore projects.
