Job summary

Penspen Ltd is seeking a Senior Interface Engineer - Offshore to manage technical interfaces between offshore construction teams, contractors, engineering disciplines, vendors, and project stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15+ years in Oil & Gas Construction, including 5+ years in a lead capacity and offshore experience. Familiarity with international standards and PMC/EPC offshore projects is preferred, with ADNOC experience a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas Construction with at least 5 years in a lead role.
Minimum 5+ years offshore experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
Familiarity with international standards.
PMC and EPC Offshore projects experience preferred.
ADNOC project experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
Identify, track, and resolve interface issues at the offshore site.
Maintain interface registers, action logs, and progress reports.
Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and project teams.
Ensure work complies with project specifications, schedules, and HSE requirements.
Escalate interface risks and support timely technical decisions.
