Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems across the resort. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle emergencies, and mentor junior staff while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise, ability to work with minimal supervision, and flexibility to cover shifts as needed in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Knowledge of electrical distribution circuitry incl. wiring and circuit protection.

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
Supervise tasks when needed.
Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
Follow health and safety guidelines and use PPE.
Cover shifts as required (morning/evening/night).
Train other staff on maintenance tasks.
Keep areas clean during and after jobs.
Maintain tools and calibrations.
Escalate issues to senior staff as needed.
Familiarize with building layout and emergency procedures.
