Job summary

Atlantis The Royal in Dubai is seeking a skilled Technician (Plumber) to inspect, perform work and preventive maintenance across facilities and equipment. The role covers electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire life safety, and pool systems, with CBM and safety compliance emphasized.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in a facilities maintenance trade and hands-on knowledge of PPR/PVC piping, water systems, welding, and pumps.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in facilities maintenance or related trade.
• Hands-on knowledge of sanitary piping installation and maintenance.
• Experience with water distribution and filtration systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, perform work and preventive maintenance on facilities structures and equipment.
• Maintain tools, follow safety guidelines and cover shifts as required.
• Work in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Hotel service areas.
• Escalate issues to supervisors and train others as needed.
