Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Lead Experience Designer to translate brand- level strategy into tangible journeys across stores and digital touchpoints. The role focuses on CX and service design, with experience in UX and prototyping, collaborating with Product, IT and brand teams.

You will shape clienteling tools and frontline interfaces, grounded in customer and store needs, while mentoring the design team and scaling playbooks for strong brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Design, Creative, UX/Service Design, or related field.
• 4-7 years in CX/service design and UX design.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium omnichannel environments.
• Strong fluency with journey mapping, service blueprinting, and prototyping tools.
• Ability to translate findings into design decisions with evidence.
• Strong documentation habits and ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into concrete design work across physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints.
• Build detailed journey maps and service blueprints per brand, segment, and touchpoint.
• Design and prototype clienteling tools and frontline interfaces.
• Collaborate with Customer Intelligence to run qualitative research and feed decisions.
• Deploy Design Thinking in projects and mentor junior designers as needed.
• Maintain design documentation and playbooks for consistency across brands.
