Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Lead Experience Designer to translate strategy into tangible customer journeys and prototypes across physical, digital and phygital touchpoints. You will build journey maps and service blueprints and work with brand, Digital, product, IT, and store teams to deliver differentiated luxury experiences.

You will mentor designers, shape playbooks, and contribute to a strong, customer-centric Experience Design function across the business.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in CX/service design and UX design.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium omnichannel environments.
• Strong journey mapping, service blueprinting, and prototyping skills.
• Ability to work across physical and digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience Design practice translating strategy into detailed, actionable design work.
• Build detailed customer journey maps and service blueprints per brand, segment and touchpoint.
• Design and prototype clienteling tools and frontline interfaces.
• Collaborate with brand, Digital, product, IT, and store teams to grounded design decisions.
• Mentor and grow junior designers and expand the Experience Design team.
