Job summary

Al Tayer Group seeks a Head of Experience Design to lead end-to-end experience strategy across in-store, digital, and phygital touchpoints. You will shape our experiential north star, translate insights into innovative design interventions, and build a formal practice within ATI with a customer-centric and brand-centric approach.

You will partner with CX, Marketing, Digital, IT, and store teams to deliver contextually relevant experiences that strengthen our brands and loyalty ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience design strategy and execution across physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints.
• Translate insights into strategic, innovative design interventions across customer journeys.
• Act as the experience design authority and scale a formal practice within ATI.
• Collaborate with CX, Marketing, Digital, IT and store/customer care teams to design in context.
• Measure journeys end-to-end and drive continuous improvement.
