Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Lead Experience Designer to translate strategy into tangible, tested design across physical, digital and phygital touchpoints. You will create journey maps, service blueprints and prototypes that shape member journeys and frontline tools.

Reporting to the Head of Experience Design, you’ll mentor designers, collaborate with brand, digital and store teams, and help scale playbooks and capabilities for a strong, impactful Experience Design function.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Design, Creative, UX/Service Design.
• CCXP or UX-related credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute design craft to the Head of Experience Design's roadmap and translate priorities into detailed work.
• Define design methodology, standards, and documentation as the practice scales.
• Translate brand DNA into differentiating experiences.
• Incorporate customer insights and evidence into design decisions.
• Mentor designers and grow the Experience Design team.
