Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia in Dubai seeks a Head of Experience Design to own end-to-end experience strategy across physical, digital and phygital touchpoints, shaping the differentiating value proposition of our luxury brands. You will lead the creation of a formal design practice and drive the customer strategy forward.

This role partners with multiple functions—Brand, Digital, IT, and store operations— to orchestrate signature moments, measure journeys, and continuously improve experiences that delight

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in experience/service design, preferably luxury retail or premium omnichannel environments.
• Proven fluency in Design Frameworks and UX Design.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define Al Tayer Insignia's experience design vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Build the experience design function from scratch: methodology, standards, tools and governance.
• Translate customer insights into design interventions that differentiate brands and concepts.
• Own end-to-end journey mapping and service design across the full customer lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, digital, IT and store teams.
• Measure journeys and drive continuous improvement with clear ownership.
