Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Head of Experience Design to own end-to-end experience design strategy and execution across physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints for its brands. The role shapes the experiential north star and reinvents retail across formats, including department stores and online platforms, with a strong customer-centric, brand-centric focus.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in experience/service design, ideally luxury retail or premium omnichannel environments.
• Fluency in Design Frameworks, Experience Design and UX Design is essential.
• Proven track record designing and scaling a CX/XD practice across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end journey mapping and service design across the full customer lifecycle.
• Define and advance the experience design strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Build the XD function with methodology, standards, tools, governance and talent.
• Design signature moments balancing differentiation with commercial impact.
• Collaborate with Customer Intelligence and other teams to measure and continuously improve journeys.
