Job summary

Qataryello in Dubai seeks a senior leader to define and drive the enterprise AI and automation roadmap, aligning with business priorities and growth objectives.

You will identify high-value AI and digital use cases across operations and support functions, design practical solutions (predictive analytics, automation, IoT-enabled systems), and build MVPs and pilots to scale successful initiatives across the organisation.

• Build and test MVP's and pilots, then scale successful initiatives across the organisation
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (technology providers, startups, academia)
• Act as a bridge between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring adoption and execution

• Strong expertise in artificial intelligence and its applications in the FM-CG industry.
• Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies within a business context.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, data analytic, and Python-based development
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, IOT systems, and enterprise platforms
• Ability to stay updated on the latest developments in AI and industry trends.
