Job summary

RegScale is seeking an experienced Enablement Leader to design and drive enterprise SaaS training programs for internal teams, partners, and resellers. This role includes content creation and certification program development.

You will manage the enablement stack, deliver live and asynchronous training, and collaborate with the Customer team on RegScale Academy initiatives. Expect to travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building enablement programs at enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Hands-on LMS administration and instructional design experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.
• High attention to detail and hands-on content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Outcome-oriented with measurable results.
• Able and willing to travel at least 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement strategy and content creation for internal teams, implementation partners, and resellers.
• Partner with Customer team to support customer enablement, including RegScale Academy content and certification development.
• Deliver live and asynchronous training for internal teams and partners.
• Administer and upgrade the enablement tech stack, including LMS, content authoring tools, and knowledge base.
• Set certification and assessment criteria, measure effectiveness, and address performance gaps.
• Monitor and enforce internal training expectations and brief leadership on progress.
• Support cross-functional process improvements based on enablement feedback.
