Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Learning & Enablement Lead to own the full learning cycle for technical and customer-facing teams. You will craft engaging courses, playbooks, and guides, translating complex topics into practical training while leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation and assessment.

Collaborating with Product, Sales, and CS, you will align programs with business priorities, define success metrics, and maintain a centralized repository of assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in L&D, Instructional Design, or Enablement in SaaS/IT/Fintech
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles (LXD)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and analytics
• Outstanding presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and organized with experience working with SMEs and product leaders
• Advanced to fluent English (C1+ or native-level)

Responsibilities

• Own the complete learning cycle for technical and customer-facing teams
• Convert intricate product, technical, and business topics into engaging learning experiences
• Create high-quality educational assets including courses, playbooks, and guides
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, and assessment building
• Partner with Product, Sales, and CS to align programs with business priorities
• Define and track key learning metrics such as retention and performance impact
• Maintain a centralized library of reusable educational assets
