Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise on-site electrical works across commercial, industrial, and residential projects in the UAE. Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or related trade.
• Minimum 6 years of electrical site supervision experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Familiar with TAQA regulations, authority approvals, and UAE safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electricians and technicians in installation, wiring, termination, and testing of electrical systems.
• Review and interpret drawings, layouts, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of design specs.
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and manage project timelines.
• Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and safety officers for permits and inspections.
