Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead on-site activities in the UAE. You will interpret blueprints, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedules for large-scale installations in commercial or industrial sectors.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–7 years of progressive Gulf experience; PMP or Master Electrician credentials are a plus. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in electrical construction project management.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical installations in commercial or industrial sectors.
• Certifications such as Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical construction activities on-site ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Interpret complex electrical blueprints, schematics and specifications to guide installation and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce electrical safety protocols with regular site inspections.
