Job summary

ADC is seeking an experienced E&I Foreman for ADNOC projects in the UAE. You will lead and supervise E&I technicians on daily site installation tasks and ensure work adheres to drawings, loop diagrams, and cable schedules.

Candidates should have hands-on Electrical & Instrumentation experience in Oil & Gas or EPC environments and be UAE-based or available to relocate quickly. Immediate availability is a plus for project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E&I Foreman on ADNOC projects.
• Hands-on Electrical & Instrumentation experience in Oil & Gas / EPC site environments.
• Based in UAE, immediate availability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise E&I technicians and workers in daily site installation tasks.
• Read and execute works according to E&I drawings, loop diagrams, cable schedules, and tray layouts.
• Ensure proper handling of site tools, instruments, cables, and installation materials.
• Enforce site safety rules, conduct daily toolbox talks, and report progress directly to the site engineer.
