Job summary

Ounass is redefining luxury e‑commerce in the Middle East. We seek a Lead Digital Designer to take creative leadership for the commercial fashion vertical, shaping the customer journey and brand experience across site, app and campaigns.

You will collaborate with Editorial, Merchandising, Content and Product teams to deliver elevated, on-brand digital assets and templates, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a creative or design role, ideally within fashion, retail or luxury e‑commerce.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to take digital creative from ideation through to execution.
• Strong knowledge of typography, colour and layout.
• Ability to conceptualise and produce 3D and animated graphics across multiple media formats.
• Experience creating and rolling out design templates across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creative strategy and roadmap for the commercial fashion vertical, aligning with brand and customer experience goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative and customer experience, proposing design-led solutions to boost conversion and brand perception.
• Lead creative direction for the fashion vertical, partnering with Editorial, Merchandising, Content and Product teams.
• Support ideation of fashion campaigns, editorial features and commercial touchpoints, ensuring brand alignment.
• Own design sign-off and governance across fashion roll-outs, maintaining brand guidelines and deadlines.
• Oversee allocation and rollout of key brand exposures across channels, creating luxury assets for brand partners.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, improving processes and templates across the team.
