Job summary

Ounass is redefining luxury e‑commerce in the Middle East. We are seeking a Lead Digital Designer to take creative leadership for our commercial fashion vertical and collaborate with Editorial, Merchandising, Content and Product to elevate the customer journey.

You will own design governance, craft templates and toolkits, and guide a team to deliver visually compelling, on‑brand experiences across site, app and campaigns. Strong UX/UI, typography and 3D/animated skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a design role, ideally in fashion or luxury e‑commerce.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating digital design expertise.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for end‑to‑end digital design.
Ability to conceptualise and produce 3D and animated graphics.
Experience creating and rolling out design templates across multiple digital touchpoints.
Excellent typography, colour, and layout skills with UX/UI sensitivity.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction for the commercial fashion vertical and sign off on assets.
Collaborate with Editorial, Merchandising, Content and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Own templates, toolkits and governance across designs for site, app and newsletters.
Mentor junior designers and optimise team processes and workflows.
Present concepts and campaign ideas to internal stakeholders and brand partners.
