Job summary

Meinhardt MENA seeks an experienced Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design projects within our Lead Design Consultancy team. You will oversee architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines across all stages to ensure coordinated, high-quality delivery.

The role requires a strong track record in lead design environments and effective stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in multidisciplinary design, with a deep understanding of design management, project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
10–15 years of experience in multidisciplinary design projects.
Experience in Lead Design Consultancy environments.
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and digital delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary design projects from concept through IFC stages.
Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants for integrated delivery.
Develop and monitor design programmes, deliverables, and resource needs.
Lead design coordination meetings, technical workshops and client presentations.
Review submissions to ensure compliance with requirements, standards and authority regulations.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, contractors and authorities on technical matters.
Oversee submission approvals and change management within projects.
Mentor discipline leads and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
