Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of experience in construction, especially with Tier 1 Main Contractors in GCC.
• Minimum 10 years experience with intermediate level qualifications or 5 years PQE.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Design Management Plan and manage design deliverables.
• Lead design team and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with subcontractors.
