Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Lead Planning Engineer to supervise and provide technical support across all stages of project management, from concept through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, and cost targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• PMP/PMI-SP/CCP certifications are advantageous.
• 18+ years in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost control.
• Experience in oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred.
• Proven experience with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor progress against approved baselines and report variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Clients.
