Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Lead Planning Engineer - PMC in Abu Dhabi to supervise project controls across all lifecycle stages, ensuring schedules, costs, and risks are managed to ADNOC standards on mega EPC projects.

The role requires 18+ years in project controls, strong scheduling expertise, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI. A PMP or similar certification is advantageous and Saudi/Oman Gulf experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, CCP are advantageous.
• 18+ years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost control.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred.
• Proven experience with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical support across all stages of project management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor against baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and KPIs.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and issues.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
