Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Site Planning Manager for a high-rise construction project in Dubai. You will lead the planning function, coordinate with project teams, and ensure on-time delivery through master schedules and progress reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in construction planning and a degree in engineering. This leadership role requires strong communication with internal teams and consultants to resolve schedule issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in the project progress meeting (Internal & Consultants Progress)
• Address and inform Management in project-related matters by means of direct reporting, emails or through various reports and meetings
• Ensure review of daily site progress reports before submission to the Consultant
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and the site team while monitoring the progress, and in case of any discrepancies, alert the management to resolve the issues
• Review all the key reports prepared by the Planning Engineers
• Supervise, advise, and lead the Planning team in terms of ensuring work quality, detailed reporting, accuracy, and on-time reporting
• Finalize the letters initiated by the Planning Engineers
• Draft letters in terms of project progress-related matters or any matters as required
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve the issues affecting the project timeline
• Provide support to the Planning Engineers to develop the Master Program, schedules, EOT, etc.
