Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Manager - Design Management to lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary design programs from inception to completion. You will guide design teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of engineering, design principles, and risk management to deliver profitable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary design projects from start to finish.
• Supervise and guide project teams, including design managers and resources, planning requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for profitability.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and change management processes.
• Create and manage design briefs and timelines, monitor trends, conduct reviews, ensure quality control.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and KPIs for clients and leadership.
