Job summary

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy seeks a field-proven Construction Manager to own the site erection, assembly and PWHT of spherical storage tanks (Hortonspheres) in the UAE. You will lead heavy-lift cranes, rigging crews and welding teams on a pure site-execution project.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in heavy mechanical site construction, with on-site leadership for at least two spherical tank projects, and a tough, hands-on approach to coordinating sub-contractors under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of heavy mechanical site construction experience.
• Lead on-site for spherical storage tank projects.
• Experience with thick-plate fabrication and PWHT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee heavy rigging and crane setups for sphere erection.
• Drive fit-up, alignment and welding productivity on high-thickness joints.
• Direct scaffolding and rope-access for height access and inspection.
• Coordinate PWHT execution and on-site heat-treatment processes.
• Manage subcontractors and daily labor to meet schedules.
