Job summary

ADC in the UAE is seeking a field-proven Construction Manager to lead the on-site erection, alignment and PWHT of spherical storage tanks (Hortonspheres). You will coordinate heavy rigs, crane operations, welders, scaffolding, and sub-contractors to meet critical project milestones.

The role requires 12+ years of field experience, a proven on-site lead CM with spherical tank projects, and strong leadership under harsh site conditions. This is a pure site-execution role in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of heavy mechanical site construction experience with on-site lead CM for at least 2 spherical storage tank projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee heavy rigging and crane setups for sphere erection
• Drive fit-up and alignment of thick plates before welding
• Manage productivity of high-pressure coded welders and PWHT prep
• Direct scaffolding and rope-access for welding and inspection at height
• Coordinate PWHT and insulation for full-scale baking cycle
• Drive subcontractor and labour management to meet schedule targets
