Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of experience in banking compliance, risk management or regulatory affairs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Admin; postgraduate qualifications (LL.M, MBA) or certifications (CAMS, ICA, CRCM) are strong differentiators.
• Hands-on expertise with UAE Central Bank regulations, Basel III, FATF recommendations and local AML/CFT frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, conduct risk assessments, and produce regulator-ready documentation.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, to navigate multinational stakeholder environments.
