Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC is seeking an experienced Compliance leader to oversee AML and regulatory compliance across the organization in the UAE. The role supports the Head of Compliance, strengthens the AML framework, and ensures policy adherence with Central Bank and correspondent banks.

The successful candidate will develop training, coordinate audits, and produce comprehensive compliance reports, contributing to a robust risk management culture within the group.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in related field required.
• AML certification from a reputed institution desirable.
• Experience in financial services and compliance roles is essential.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee AML compliance framework across the organization.
• Assist and report to Head of Compliance on AML policy implementation and supervision.
• Coordinate AML committee meetings and regulatory examinations.
• Develop and deliver AML training materials and staff awareness programs.
• Monitor and test new processes and controls, and report findings to Head of Compliance.
• Prepare and consolidate AML compliance reports for leadership.
