• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Accounting, Risk, Compliance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of compliance experience in regulated financial environments.
• Strong understanding of UAE financial services regulatory requirements.
• Experience with AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regulatory compliance framework and policies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on operations.
• Conduct periodic compliance monitoring, testing and risk assessments.
• Investigate breaches and oversee remediation actions.
• Liaise with UAE regulators during inspections and requests for information.
• Deliver compliance training to promote regulatory adherence.
