Job summary

NMDC Energy in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior commissioning specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, and 10+ years' experience in Oil & Gas projects.

You will lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover activities for onshore and offshore scopes, coordinating with EPC contractors and international clients.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure safety, quality and on-time handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant commissioning experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, or major industrial projects.
• Experience with pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and system handover.
• Experience in electrical and/or instrumentation commissioning, depending on discipline.
• Experience with major EPC contractors and international clients preferred.
• Experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas projects highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures, systemization, completion, punch management and handover processes.
• Familiarity with international standards and clientSpecifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
