The ideal candidate has a B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering with 10–12 years of design experience in solar or power distribution projects, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor

Qualifications

• Must hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience leading civil/structural engineering teams for large projects.
• Ability to review drawings, calculations, and vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of engineering drawings and documents.
• Align deliveries to project schedule.
• Review drawings and sizing calculations; obtain client approvals.
• Review vendor deliverables for civil/structural work.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines for inter-department checks.
• Estimate and plan man-hour requirements for projects.
• Review BOQ and provide technical clarifications.
• Support site execution team with clarifications and drawings.
• Provide input for pre-award vendor evaluation and validation.
• Inspect vendor equipment after validation submission.
• Oversee design deliverables like mounting structures, GA drawings, and control rooms.
