Job summary

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (Civil/Structural) to review and oversee civil/structural engineering activities for Solar PV power plants. You will guide BIM 3D model development and coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, and MEP teams.

The role requires leading a team of Design Engineers and Draughts Persons, delivering within budget and schedule while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
10–12 years in design of Solar PV plants / power distribution.
Experience leading civil/structural design teams.
Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead civil/structural design for solar plants, ensuring code compliance and constructability.
Review drawings and sizing calculations; obtain client approvals.
Coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, MEP and other departments for inter-discipline checks.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings within project schedule and budget.
