Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• MRICS certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of civil quantity surveying experience.
• Experience with large-scale civil infrastructure and tall buildings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
• Manage and analyze project cash flow to maintain financial control.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align financials with timelines.
• Plan and implement quality control and assurance policies and resolve issues.
