Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for maintenance and construction projects, coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, and architects to deliver cost-effective plans meeting quality standards.
• Prepare and present forecasts and reports to the Project Manager and Finance Operations Manager.
• Perform risk analysis, gather data, and create reliable estimate reports and bids for clients.
