Job summary

Quantity Surveyor role at MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented professional to lead cost control across diverse projects. You will prepare estimates, budgets and BOQs, review drawings and tender documents, and monitor costs to protect project value.

Collaborating with project managers, engineers and contractors, you ensure compliance with contracts, local regulations and quality standards, while maintaining timely interim valuations and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost estimation and budgeting.
• Experience preparing BOQs, tender docs, and cost reports.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Analyze project costs and monitor budgets.
• Prepare tender documentation and assist procurement.
• Measure completed work and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Assess and manage variations, change orders, and claims.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure cost control.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and local regulations.
