Job summary

Agile Consultants in the UAE seeks an experienced Project Engineer - Civil to supervise site activities and drive projects from drawings to handover. The candidate should have strong hands-on Civil Engineering experience, leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality construction work on time.

The role requires 5+ years in UAE building projects, Fluency with AutoCAD, and valid Dubai G+4/12 approval.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai building construction projects.
Dubai G+4 or G+12 approval/licence is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience using AutoCAD.
Proven experience supervising construction activities and handover.

Responsibilities

Oversee civil construction activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, safety regs, and project requirements through handover.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for timely completion.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, survey reports, and related documents.
Coordinate procurement and delivery of construction materials per specs and standards.
Identify risks and implement preventive measures to minimise delays and costs.
Monitor activities across project stages and allocate site resources.
Maintain project documentation including progress reports and change orders.
