Job summary

Little Krazy is seeking an experienced Captain Waitress to lead a dining section in a fine-dining setting. You will deliver personalised service from arrival to departure, while acting as a liaison between guests and the kitchen, bar, and FOH team.

This 1-year contract includes visa, flights, accommodation and transport. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and uphold the highest hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience as Captain Waitress in premium hospitality settings.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality with professional demeanor.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge including menu pairings and allergens.
• Experience using restaurant POS systems and handling guest bills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised table service in line with standards.
• Lead a designated dining section and ensure smooth service.
• Welcome guests, introduce yourself, and create a warm dining experience.
• Present the menu, explain dishes and daily specials, and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure accurate orders and timely service.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in training.
