Job summary

SIHAMCO's Little Krazy in Dubai is seeking an experienced Captain Waiter to deliver exceptional, personalised service and lead a dining section. You will act as the link between guests, kitchen and front-of-house, mentoring junior staff and upholding the highest hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine-dining establishment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service in accordance with the restaurant's service standards.
• Take ownership of a designated dining section, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift.
• Welcome guests at the table, introduce yourself, and create a warm and engaging dining experience.
• Present the menu confidently, explaining dishes, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Provide expert recommendations based on guest preferences, dietary requirements, and allergies.
• Upsell premium menu items, beverages, desserts, and chef's specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Lead and support waiters and runners within your section.
