Job summary

Talent Higher in Dubai seeks a Team Lead – Business Setup Renewals (B2B) to guide a three-person team and drive renewal KPIs. You will manage client relationships, report performance, and ensure a smooth renewal process while motivating the team to exceed targets.

The role requires 4–5 years in business setup, proven team leadership, extensive B2B renewals experience, a UAE driving license, and fluent English. Commissions are based on personal and team KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in business setup or company formation.
• Previous team-leading experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in B2B renewals and KPI-driven roles.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent English communication, presentable and client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three and monitor individual and team targets.
• Drive B2B renewals and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Support, guide, and motivate the team to improve performance.
• Manage client relationships and ensure a smooth renewal process.
