Ideal candidates have CA/ACCA/CPA, 3–5 years PQE, Big 4/Big 10 background, and a proven entrepreneurial leadership mindset. The role blends client delivery with business development and tech-enabled service delivery.

This is a strategic leadership role with autonomy and opportunities to shape the firm's growth in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA required.
• 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Leadership in audit or tax engagements.
• Big 4 or Big 10 experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Confident public speaker and professional networker.
