Job summary

Yubi in UAE is seeking an experienced Lender Alliances leader to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with lenders across UAE, driving revenue growth.

You will oversee pre-sales demos across platforms, coordinate with internal teams, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead to close. Fluency in Arabic is a plus; MBA or equivalent; 8+ years in B2B tech sales in UAE/GCC. Join a fast-growing fintech leader.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's in Business/FinTech or related field.
• 8+ years in B2B tech sales, fintech, SaaS, or banking tech in UAE/GCC.
• Experience with LOS/LMS and digital lending is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with lenders across UAE.
• Conduct pre-sales demos of platforms to lenders and stakeholders.
• Provide commercial support to close agreements and drive cross-selling.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and coordinate cross-functional strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of partnership agreements and lender satisfaction.
