Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a senior architect to lead design from concept through construction supervision for major Dubai developments. You will manage approvals with Dubai authorities and master developers, coordinate with MEP/Structural teams, and oversee BIM modelers across several high-profile projects. UAE GCC experience and professional registrations are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of architectural design experience.
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines.
• Dubai authority approvals, SOE membership, and Dubai Municipality registration as a Practicing Architect.
• GCC/UAE/UK/USA consultancy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to construction supervision.
• Manage Dubai authority approvals (DM, DCD, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Holding).
• Lead architects and BIM modelers on multiple high-profile projects.
• Coordinate Architecture with MEP, Structural and Infrastructure teams; provide tender/construction-stage support.

Job Description:

• Lead architectural design from concept and schematic design through detailed design, tender and construction supervision.
• Manage Dubai authority/master-developer approvals including DM, DCD, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel and Dubai Holding, while acting as the client's key design contact.
• Lead architects/BIM modelers and manage multiple high-profile projects against programme, budget and design-quality requirements.
• Coordinate Architecture with MEP, Structural and Infrastructure teams and provide tender/construction-stage technical support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 12 years of relevant architectural design experience.
• Proven experience leading design teams, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Hands-on experience with Dubai authority approvals, UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) membership, and Dubai Municipality registration as a Practicing Architect.
• Engineering Consultancy experience within the GCC, UAE, UK, or USA.
